Group Training Classes
If 1-to-1 sessions aren't your thing then come and try one of my group training classes. Classes are aimed at all levels and will focus on weight loss, fat loss, strength work, core stability and conditioning. Your first class is FREE to give you a taste of how the sessions run!
Please note that 24 hours notice to cancel a session must be given or session is deemed used. Minimum of 3 people per class is required for sessions to run. If classes don't fulfil minimum requirement, the class could be cancelled at short notice.
