Group Training Classes

If the gym or 1-to-1 sessions aren't your thing then why not sign up the the group exercise class membership. Classes are aimed at all levels and will focus on weight loss, fat loss, strength work, weight training, core stability and conditioning. Your first week is FREE to give you a taste of how the sessions run! 

Please note that 12 hours notice to cancel a session must be given or session is deemed used. Minimum of 3 people per class is required for sessions to run. If classes don't fulfill minimum requirement, the class could be cancelled at short notice.
